This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Prosper premium subscriptions made through our website, processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms under their respective policies.
All web-based subscription purchases are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the merchant of record. When you purchase through our website, your billing relationship is with Paddle, and Paddle's terms of service and refund policies also apply. Where Paddle's policies provide greater rights than those described here, Paddle's policies will apply.
Depending on your location, you may have statutory rights to cancel or request a refund. These rights are in addition to any discretionary refunds described in this policy, and the most favourable rights available to you will always apply.
If none of the above regions apply, please check your local consumer protection laws or contact us — mandatory rights under your applicable law will always be honoured.
Outside of statutory rights, we consider refund requests case-by-case within 14 days of the transaction date. We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

Approval of a discretionary refund request does not obligate us to approve future requests.
If you believe a purchase is defective or not as described, please contact us first at agidusinteractive@gmail.com with a description of the issue and any supporting documentation. We will work to resolve the problem promptly. If we are unable to resolve it, you may escalate to Paddle support, and a refund will be issued if a material defect is confirmed under applicable consumer law.
You can request a refund for a web purchase in one of the following ways:
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
When a refund is approved and processed, your access to the premium features associated with the refunded purchase will cease.
We encourage you to contact us or Paddle directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may result in the temporary suspension of your access to Prosper premium features while the dispute is under review. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or abusive may result in permanent termination of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless a statutory or discretionary refund right applies. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period. To cancel a web subscription, use the billing management link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email or contact us at agidusinteractive@gmail.com.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. To request a refund, visit your Google Play order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. We have no ability to issue refunds for Google Play purchases.
