Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Prosper premium subscriptions made through our website, processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled exclusively by those platforms under their respective policies.

1. Web Purchases via Paddle

All web-based subscription purchases are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the merchant of record. When you purchase through our website, your billing relationship is with Paddle, and Paddle's terms of service and refund policies also apply. Where Paddle's policies provide greater rights than those described here, Paddle's policies will apply.

2. Statutory Withdrawal and Refund Rights

Depending on your location, you may have statutory rights to cancel or request a refund. These rights are in addition to any discretionary refunds described in this policy, and the most favourable rights available to you will always apply.

  • EU / EEA / Switzerland / UK: 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. This right does not apply to digital content that has already been made available to you at your explicit request before the withdrawal period expires. By purchasing and immediately accessing premium features, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
  • Turkey / Israel: 14-day cancellation right for digital content and services.
  • South Korea / Brazil / China: 7-day cancellation right from delivery.
  • Canada: 7-day cancellation right from delivery.
  • Singapore: 5-day cancellation right from delivery or first access.

If none of the above regions apply, please check your local consumer protection laws or contact us — mandatory rights under your applicable law will always be honoured.

3. Refund Eligibility (Discretionary)

Outside of statutory rights, we consider refund requests case-by-case within 14 days of the transaction date. We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A technical issue caused by the App prevented you from accessing features you paid for, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge).
  • Other circumstances required by applicable consumer protection law.

We generally do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after accessing premium features.
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation.
  • Accounts found to have engaged in fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

Approval of a discretionary refund request does not obligate us to approve future requests.

4. Defective Products

If you believe a purchase is defective or not as described, please contact us first at agidusinteractive@gmail.com with a description of the issue and any supporting documentation. We will work to resolve the problem promptly. If we are unable to resolve it, you may escalate to Paddle support, and a refund will be issued if a material defect is confirmed under applicable consumer law.

5. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund for a web purchase in one of the following ways:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" links in your Paddle purchase confirmation email.
  • Visit paddle.net and use the "Request refund" option.
  • Contact us directly at agidusinteractive@gmail.com with your name, email address used at purchase, Paddle order ID, and reason for your request.

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method within 14 days of approval, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

6. Access After Refund

When a refund is approved and processed, your access to the premium features associated with the refunded purchase will cease.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us or Paddle directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback may result in the temporary suspension of your access to Prosper premium features while the dispute is under review. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or abusive may result in permanent termination of your account.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless a statutory or discretionary refund right applies. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period. To cancel a web subscription, use the billing management link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email or contact us at agidusinteractive@gmail.com.

9. Apple App Store Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds for Apple App Store purchases.

10. Google Play Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. To request a refund, visit your Google Play order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. We have no ability to issue refunds for Google Play purchases.
